Terry Allison Rappuhn
Terry Allison Rappuhn has served on the boards of directors of six public healthcare companies beginning in 2001. She currently serves as a director of Akorn, Inc., a publicly-held specialty pharmaceutical company, and Genesis Healthcare, Inc., one of the nation’s largest post-acute care providers. Previously, Ms. Rappuhn served on the boards of Span-America Medical Systems, Inc., AGA Medical Holdings, Inc. and Genesis HealthCare Corporation. Ms. Rappuhn was Chief Financial Officer of Quorum Health Group, Inc., a publicly-held company that was acquired by Triad Hospitals, Inc. in 2001. From 2002-2015, Ms. Rappuhn served as project leader for Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA)’s Patient Friendly Billing initiative, which promotes patient-focused practices and engagement. Earlier in her career, Ms. Rappuhn was an auditor at Ernst & Young. Ms. Rappuhn was named to the 2018 list of “Directors to Watch” by Directors & Boards magazine.
